Getting Started with your iPad

The Waihi iPad Information Booklet is the first place that parents and boys should go to when looking at purchasing and setting up an iPad device. Our 2018 iPad booklet (download below) contains the following information:

  • First steps for families:
    • Purchasing a device
    • Creating an Apple ID
    • Purchasing Apps
    • Username and password sheet
    • Establishing expectations
  • Digital Citizenship
  • Gaming and Turning OFF In-App purchases

School Policies

The 2018 iPad Agreement and Blogging Protocol and Cybersafety document are for boys and parents to view and sign. These documents are used as a reference point for teachers, parents and students to ensure that all Waihi boys are being superb 'digital citizens.'

Please read the attached documents to the right of this page.
