I am a bit of a fixture around here to be honest!  I was employed as the intinerant guitar tutor in 2012, and I have been on staff now since 2017.  I have found teaching music here at Waihi to be a rewarding experience and I absolutely love seeing all the students up on stage and giving it their all!  The year 8 production is a huge time of year, but definately one of my favourite activities here at school - mind you - any of the musical performances are my jam!

I am married to Sheryl and we have 3 beautiful daughters - Caitlin, Alysha and Nicole.  Our resident pets are Fix (the cat) and Milo (the dog) and our house is a very busy one!  I am passionate about Karate, and I find this a great way to keep up my fitness both physcially and mentally.  Sheryl and I also love entertaining audiences across New Zealand with our band "Double Talk" and we love family holidays and (of course) music concerts are a must on the agenda!
